THE GROUP
The Montriche Group is a private family office structured around a single principle: capital, deployed with discipline and stewarded across generations, is the most durable foundation for legacy.
The Group operates through three entities, each with a defined role:
Montriche Family Trust (MFT) is the apex legacy structure. The Trust holds the family’s long-term interests and governs the principles under which capital is allocated, preserved, and transferred between generations.
Montriche Investment Holdings (MIH) is the holding company through which the Trust holds its operating interests. MIH carries the Group’s investment positions and provides the structural separation between long-term legacy assets and operating activity.
Montriche Capital is the family operating company. It is the entity through which the Group conducts its investment, advisory, and philanthropic activities, and through which it engages counterparties.
The Group does not manage capital for external parties. All activity is conducted on behalf of the Trust and its associated interests, or in selective partnership with institutions whose objectives align with the Group’s principles.
